# Instructions:

01 - Mix mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, egg, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until evenly combined.
02 - Form small balls from the mixture and evenly coat each with breadcrumbs.
03 - Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with melted butter.
