Matcha Energy Bites (Print)

Quick energy bites made with matcha green tea powder and coconut. Natural energy boost in bite-size form.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut.
02 - 4 tablespoons almond flour.
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
04 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
05 - 1 tablespoon matcha powder.

# Directions:

01 - Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend until well mixed.
02 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust syrup to taste.
02 - Keep in fridge.
03 - Can freeze for later.
