Mini Baked Parmesan Potatoes (Print)

Crispy golden potato rounds with Parmesan and garlic – a perfect snack or side dish.

01 - 35–40 Classic Baby Creamers® potatoes, sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
03 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic salt
05 - 1 teaspoon pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray two baking sheets with non-stick spray.
02 - Wash the potatoes and slice them thinly. Place the sliced potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add vegetable oil to the bowl and stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
03 - In a gallon-size plastic bag, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and shake it to mix the ingredients. Spoon the potato slices into the bag with the cheese mixture. Seal the bag and shake it gently to coat the potatoes with the cheese mixture.
04 - Arrange the coated potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, turning the potato slices once during baking. The potato rounds are done when they are golden brown and fork-tender.
05 - Once the potato rounds are browned and tender, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve the Mini Baked Parmesan Potato Rounds with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, and enjoy!
