Mint Chocolate Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
02 - 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon mint extract.
04 - 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
05 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
06 - 12 ounces dark chocolate for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese, butter, mint until smooth.
02 - Mix in powdered sugar.
03 - Stir in chocolate chips.
04 - Chill 3 hours.
05 - Roll into 1-inch balls.
06 - Chill balls 3 hours.
07 - Dip in melted chocolate.
08 - Let set on parchment paper.
