Mongolian Spicy Chicken Dish (Print)

Mongolian-style spicy chicken with hoisin sauce and green onions.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb boneless chicken, diced
02 - 1 cup green onions, chopped

→ Sauce and seasoning

03 - 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
04 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
05 - 1 tsp chili flakes

→ Cooking oil

06 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil

# Directions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
02 - Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
03 - Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes while stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
04 - Toss in chopped green onions and mix well just before serving.
