Easy Sauteed Mushrooms with Spinach

# Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil.

1 pound mushrooms, sliced.
03 -
4 cups fresh spinach.
04 -
4 cloves garlic, minced.

1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Optional: parsley and red pepper flakes.
# Instructions:

Clean and slice mushrooms, clean spinach, mince garlic.
02 -
Heat oil and cook mushrooms 5-7 minutes until browned.

Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add spinach, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toss until spinach wilts.

Can add cream for richness.
