Easy Sauteed Mushrooms with Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 pound mushrooms, sliced.
03 - 4 cups fresh spinach.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Optional: parsley and red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Clean and slice mushrooms, clean spinach, mince garlic.
02 - Heat oil and cook mushrooms 5-7 minutes until browned.
03 - Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add spinach, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toss until spinach wilts.

01 - Can add cream for richness.
02 - Add chili for heat.
03 - Works with any mushroom variety.
