Combine juice from 2 oranges, zest from 1 orange, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly until fully mixed.

Pour a few spoonfuls of the prepared sauce onto the lined baking pan. Place the salmon fillet skin-side up and pour the remaining sauce over the fillet.

Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes. Carefully flip the fillet skin-side down and spoon some sauce over the top.

Continue baking for an additional 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Bake time will vary based on the size and thickness of the fillet.
