Preheat oven to 350°F. Open can of cinnamon rolls and set included icing aside.

On parchment paper-lined surface, unroll cinnamon rolls into strips with cinnamon filling facing up.

Top cinnamon filling with layer of Oreo cookie crumbles.

Carefully roll cinnamon rolls back into shape, keeping cookie crumbles inside.

Place rolls evenly in 8 or 9-inch baking pan with slight space between them.

Pour heavy cream evenly over and around rolls in pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.

Combine reserved icing and softened cream cheese until smooth.

Spread icing over warm rolls, top with additional crumbled Oreos, and serve warm.
