# Ingredients:

→ Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars

01 - 1 cup yogurt (or vanilla ice cream, vegan yogurt)
02 - 1/4 cup peanut butter (or allergy-friendly substitute)
03 - 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (if using unsweetened yogurt)
04 - 1 cup chocolate chips
05 - 2 tbsp peanuts (optional)
06 - 2 tsp coconut oil (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the yogurt, peanut butter, and optional sweetener until smooth. Add a handful of mini chocolate chips if desired.
02 - Drop blobs of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray. Press a popsicle stick or small spoon into each, then smooth down.
03 - Sprinkle a few chopped peanuts onto each bar if desired.
04 - Place the prepared tray into the freezer and freeze until firm.
05 - Carefully melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler method. Stir in the optional coconut oil for a smoother coating.
06 - Dip each frozen yogurt bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place them back on the lined tray and freeze to set.
07 - Enjoy the homemade Buster Bars anytime. Store leftovers in a covered container in the freezer for up to one month.
