Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until just al dente.

Combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce and milk in stand mixer bowl.

Add 1 1/2 cups each of cheddar and mozzarella to cream cheese mixture and mix until evenly combined.

Spray 9x13 baking dish thoroughly with non-stick spray.

Spread quarter of cheese mixture evenly across bottom of prepared dish.

Layer cooked noodles overlapping slightly to create solid base layer.

Spread another quarter of cheese mixture over noodles.

Top cheese with half of shredded chicken.

Repeat layers of noodles, cheese mixture and chicken.

Add final layer of noodles and remaining cheese mixture.

Top with reserved cup each of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Cover dish tightly with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes until cheese browns.

Let rest 8-10 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with optional toppings if desired before serving.
