# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
03 - ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
04 - ½ cup mayonnaise
05 - ½ cup red or green pepper jelly (spicy or mild as preferred)
06 - 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
07 - Crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips (for serving)

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
02 - Spread the cheese mixture evenly into an oven-safe baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Remove from the oven and spread pepper jelly evenly over the top. Garnish with chopped green onions.
03 - Serve immediately with your favorite crackers, crostini, or tortilla chips.
