Peppermint Irish Coffee Cocktail (Print)

A cozy blend of peppermint, coffee, whiskey, and cream, perfect for any festive occasion.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup hot brewed coffee or double shot of espresso
02 - 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
03 - 0.5 oz coffee liqueur or Baileys Irish Cream
04 - 1 tsp brown sugar or to taste
05 - 2 drops peppermint extract
06 - 2 oz lightly whipped heavy cream
07 - Whipped cream for topping
08 - Chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or cinnamon for garnish
09 - Small candy cane for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Brew fresh coffee or pull espresso shots. Pre-warm your Irish coffee glass or mug.
02 - Stir brown sugar into the hot coffee until dissolved. Add Irish whiskey and coffee liqueur.
03 - Mix in peppermint extract, just a drop or two.
04 - Lightly whip cream until thickened but pourable.
05 - Float cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee. Top with whipped cream if desired.
06 - Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, cinnamon, or a candy cane. Serve warm.
