Pepperoni Mozzarella Chips (Print)

Crispy mozzarella cups topped with pepperoni and Italian herbs, baked until golden and perfect for dipping.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 50 small pepperoni rounds
02 - 1 cup shredded dry mozzarella cheese
03 - 2 teaspoons Italian herb mixture

→ Optional

04 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tray.
02 - Place approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella into each muffin cavity. Top with 3-4 pepperoni slices, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
03 - Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tray.

01 - These crispy pizza chips make an excellent appetizer or snack and can be prepared in under 15 minutes.
