Combine fresh strawberries, granulated sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and let the syrup cool to room temperature.

Add ice cubes to a tall glass. Pour in the white cranberry juice followed by the coconut milk. Drizzle the cooled strawberry syrup over the top. Gently stir for a swirled effect or leave layered for a striking presentation.

Garnish with extra fresh strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
