Red Velvet Oreo Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Roll

01 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
02 - ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 tsp baking powder
04 - ½ tsp salt
05 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
06 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
07 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
09 - 1 tbsp red food coloring
10 - Powdered sugar for dusting

→ Oreo Cream Filling

11 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 1½ cups whipped cream
14 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
15 - 12-15 crushed Oreo cookies

→ Chocolate Ganache

16 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
17 - ½ cup heavy cream

→ Garnish

18 - Crushed Oreo cookies for topping
19 - Whipped cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
02 - Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, whip eggs and sugar till thick. Stir in oil, vanilla and red food coloring. Then stir in dry ingredients.
03 - Transfer to pan and bake 12-15 minutes. Turn out onto powdered sugar-sprinkled towel and roll up. Cool completely.
04 - Beat cream cheese, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
05 - Unroll cooled cake, spread with filling, and re-roll. Refrigerate.
06 - Simmer heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips and mix until melted.
07 - Spread ganache over cake roll and sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Serve with optional whipped cream.
