Red Velvet Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups granulated sugar.
02 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 2/3 cup half-and-half cream.
04 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
05 - 7-ounce jar marshmallow crème.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
08 - 3 tablespoons red food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting the edges extend over the sides.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and red food coloring. Set aside.
03 - Melt the unsalted butter in a large saucepan. Add the granulated sugar and half-and-half cream, mixing until well combined.
04 - In another bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème.
05 - Stir the vanilla extract, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow crème into the butter and sugar mixture until smooth.
06 - Quickly transfer about half of the white chocolate mixture to the bowl with the red-tinted chocolate chips, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted.
07 - Spoon dollops of both mixtures into the prepared pan. Level the surface by giving the pan a gentle shake. Use a small knife to create swirl patterns in the fudge.
08 - Allow the fudge to cool completely. Lift the fudge from the pan using the overhanging parchment paper and cut into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Work quickly when creating swirls.
02 - Let cool completely before cutting.
