Remoulade Sauce

# Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise.

1/4 cup Creole mustard.

1 tablespoon sweet paprika.
04 -
1-2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning.

2 teaspoons horseradish.

1 teaspoon pickle juice.
07 -
1 teaspoon hot sauce.
08 -
1 large garlic clove, minced.
# Instructions:

Combine mayonnaise and Creole mustard in bowl.

Add paprika, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, and horseradish.

Stir in pickle juice and hot sauce.
04 -
Add minced garlic and mix well.
05 -
Taste and add more Cajun seasoning if needed.

Refrigerate several hours before serving.
