Remoulade Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise.
02 - 1/4 cup Creole mustard.
03 - 1 tablespoon sweet paprika.
04 - 1-2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning.
05 - 2 teaspoons horseradish.
06 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice.
07 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce.
08 - 1 large garlic clove, minced.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise and Creole mustard in bowl.
02 - Add paprika, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, and horseradish.
03 - Stir in pickle juice and hot sauce.
04 - Add minced garlic and mix well.
05 - Taste and add more Cajun seasoning if needed.
06 - Refrigerate several hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Better after resting.
02 - Classic Louisiana sauce.
03 - Adjust spice to taste.
04 - Great with seafood.
