Easy Spinach Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large bunches spinach (1 pound).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, sliced.
04 - Salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Remove thick stems from spinach.
02 - Soak and drain spinach twice in sink of water.
03 - Dry thoroughly in salad spinner.
04 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high.
05 - Sauté sliced garlic until barely brown.
06 - Add spinach to pan, turning to coat with oil.
07 - Cover and cook 1 minute.
08 - Turn spinach and cook covered 1 minute more.
09 - Drain excess liquid and season with salt.
