Remove thick stems from spinach.

Soak and drain spinach twice in sink of water.

Dry thoroughly in salad spinner.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high.

Sauté sliced garlic until barely brown.

Add spinach to pan, turning to coat with oil.

Cover and cook 1 minute.

Turn spinach and cook covered 1 minute more.

Drain excess liquid and season with salt.
