Creamy Seafood Stuffed Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 large bell peppers (any color)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seafood & Cheese

03 - 1 cup flaked cooked crab meat
04 - 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
05 - ½ cup softened cream cheese
06 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

08 - 2 cloves minced garlic
09 - 2 finely chopped green onions
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
11 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
12 - ½ teaspoon paprika
13 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
14 - salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and place in baking dish.
02 - Mix cream cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth. Fold in seafood, garlic, onions, and seasonings.
03 - Fill peppers evenly with seafood mixture. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
04 - Uncover and broil 3-5 minutes until tops are browned. Garnish with fresh parsley.

01 - Can use any color bell peppers
02 - Use fresh or pre-cooked seafood
03 - Adjust spice level with cayenne
