Spicy Garlic Bok Choy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound baby bok choy
02 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
03 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ⅓ cup water

→ Spicy Sauce

05 - 1½ tablespoons chili oil or chili crisp
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - ½ tablespoon Shaoxing wine
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - ¼ teaspoon white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Slice baby bok choy in halves. Rinse in cold water until clean and drain well.
02 - Combine all spicy sauce ingredients in small bowl.
03 - Heat oil in large pan on low-medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 10 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Increase heat to medium-high. Add bok choy and water. Stir fry 2-4 minutes until softened.
05 - Pour sauce over vegetables, toss to combine, and remove from heat.

01 - Can substitute other Asian greens
02 - Can use chicken broth instead of wine
