Summer Strawberry Caprese Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 1 pint blueberries
03 - 8 ounces mozzarella pearls, drained
04 - Handful of fresh basil, chiffonade
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
07 - ¼ cup olive oil
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Clean, hull, and slice the strawberries. Drain the mozzarella pearls. Chiffonade the fresh basil.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper. Whisk until fully emulsified.
03 - In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, mozzarella pearls, and basil.
04 - Pour the prepared vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine. Let the salad stand for 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
